Brian Dudiak was named Associate Commissioner for Sports Administration at the CAA in August, 2023.
Dudiak brings more than a decade of experience in sports administration to the CAA, having worked in a variety of event management and facilities operations roles at Elon University. During his tenure, he helped execute numerous conference and NCAA championship events.
Dudiak serves as the sport administrator for men’s soccer, volleyball, swimming and diving, tennis and softball. His responsibilities include producing conference schedules, conducting annual coaches’ meetings, supervising the designated assignors of officials, as well as the administration, pre-event planning and game management for the CAA championships in those sports. 
A 2012 graduate of Elon, Dudiak worked in the athletics department at his alma mater for 10 years. He served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Event Management & Facilities from 2019-22, where he had full oversight of the scheduling, maintenance, event management and general operation of 14 varsity athletic facilities and over 300 athletic competitions each year. His other responsibilities included coordinating the scheduling of game officials, serving as the facility manager for Schar Center and working with the University’s Campus Resource Providers to ensure the safe planning and hosting of events on campus.
