CAA Football Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Zach Bednarczyk, So., QB, Villanova (Wallington, N.J./DePaul Catholic)

Bednarczyk accounted for 329 yards of total offense and four touchdowns in Villanova’s 42-7 road win at Elon. The sophomore quarterback completed 14-of-21 passes for 270 yards and 3 TD’s and also ran for 59 yards and another score on 13 carries. All four touchdowns came in the first half as the Wildcats built a 35-0 lead.
 
CAA Football Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Bryan Schor, Jr., QB, James Madison (Milford, Pa./Delaware Valley)

Schor contributed 312 yards of total offense and a career-high four touchdowns as James Madison defeated Delaware, 43-20. The junior quarterback completed 19-of-25 passes for 209 yards and a TD, and rushed for 103 yards and three scores on 15 carries. He guided a Dukes’ attack that piled up 607 yards of offense.
 
CAA Football Defensive Player of the Week
Pat Ricard, Sr., DE, Maine (Spencer, Mass./David Prouty)

Ricard recorded eight tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and a career-high three sacks in Maine’s 35-31 comeback victory over Bryant. The senior defensive end helped lead a Black Bears’ defense that limited Bryant to 35 yards on the ground and 10 second-half points as Maine overcame a 21-point deficit.
 
CAA Football Special Teams Player of the Week
Oliver Graybar, Fr., P, Rhode Island (Reno, Nev./Reno)

Graybar dropped four punts inside the 20-yard line in difficult weather to help Rhode Island top rival Brown, 28-13, for its first win of the year. Four of the freshman’s 10 punts were 45 yards or longer, including a 67-yard boot that was the longest by a Rams’ punter since 2010.
 
CAA Football Rookie of the Week
Josh Mack, Fr., RB, Maine (Rochester, N.Y./Pittsford-Mendon)

Mack ran for a career-high 151 yards and three touchdowns on 21 carries as Maine rallied past Bryant, 35-31, for its first victory of the season. The freshman became the first Black Bear back to rush for three scores since 2011 and had the game-winning 9-yard TD with 10:36 left that completed a 21-point comeback.
