MGolf Monthly Honors - Feb. 2013

RICHMOND, Va. (February 29,2013) - UNCW junior Payne McLeod opened spring play earning CAA Golfer of the Month honors after a strong finish at the Del Walker Intercollegiate.  

McLeod led the Seahawks in their spring opener scoring 73-73-71-217 (+7) on the par 70, 6,582-yard Virginia Country Club course in Long Beach, Calif. The junior finished 24^th overall while recording the lowest round among all Seahawk golfers. McLeod led the Seahawks to an eighth place finish at the Del Walker Intercollegiate.
