This week's edition of #CAAHoops Weekly starts with a look back at James Madison’s 75-70 victory over Towson last Tuesday that featured big games from the Dukes’ backcourt duo of A.J. Davis and Devon Moore. Bobby Broyles and Rob Washburn also review Delaware’s 76-74 overtime triumph at Northeastern last Wednesday that featured a game-winning 24-foot three-pointer by the Blue Hens’ Jarvis Threatt.

They then look ahead to the weekend, which includes a pair matchups between teams near the top of the league standings. George Mason hosts Georgia State on Saturday in a regionally televised contest on Comcast SportsNet, and JMU visits Delaware on Sunday night in a regionally televised showdown on Comcast SportsNet.

Broyles and Washburn then shift their focus to the women's hoops side where they review JMU’s 68-56 victory at longtime rival Old Dominion last Tuesday, which included a game-high 22-point effort from the Dukes’ Tarik Hislop. They also look back at a dominant defensive effort from Hofstra as it knocked off Drexel 53-43 before a crowd of better than 2,000 on Thursday afternoon.

#CAAHoops Weekly moves into preview mode on the women's side starting with a rematch between JMU and Hofstra on Sunday. The Dukes won the first meeting in Harrisonburg, 85-62, but the Pride has a 5-1 CAA record at home this season. They also look at Sunday’s key matchup in the middle of the league standings as Northeastern travels to Old Dominion. The Huskies have won four of their last six heading into a weekend road swing at W&M and ODU, while the Lady Monarchs will be looking to end a three-game slide.

The final segment of #CAAHoops Weekly features an interview with Delaware All-American Elena Delle Donne, who became the CAA’s all-time leading scorer in a victory at James Madison last Sunday.
