DeNapoli received CAA Player of the Week accolades after leading the Tigers to a 2-0 week with victories over UMBC and Delaware last week. The junior attacker scored eight goals and four assists totalling 12 points on the week and was the team leader in all offensive statistical categories. Against UMBC, DeNapoli exploded for a career-high seven goals to go along with three assists for a career-best 10 points, while four of his goals tied the score to keep Towson in the game. He assisted with the game-winner against the Retrievers. In conference play, DeNapoli recorded a goal and an assist against the Blue Hens for two points. The junior has scored 27 goals this season, tallying more than the team leaders for the past two seasons and needs just two more for the most single season goals by an individual at Towson since 2008.
CAA MEN’S LACROSSE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Winkleman earned CAA Rookie of the Week honors after recording a career-high 12 saves in goal during the Dragon’s three-overtime win at No. 7 Hofstra. The freshman held the Pride off the board the last 31:29 of the game as Drexel rallied from a 7-4 deficit to come back and earn the conference win.
