RICHMOND, Va. (Oct. 19, 2011) - Georgia State freshman Hannah Stefanoff has been named CAA Women's Runner of the Week after winning her third individual title of the season and helping the Panthers to a team victory at the Coach O Invitational.

Stefanoff topped a field of 43 runners with a mark of 18:49.91 in the 5K race. Stefanoff has had a sensational freshman campaign, being the top Panthers finisher in every race, including three individual wins. It was also the third team title this season for Georgia State. Next up for Stefanoff and Georgia State will be the CAA Cross Country Championships, taking place in Atlanta on Oct. 29.

In the newest USTFCCCA regional ranking, three CAA women's squads are recognized. James Madison is No. 10 in the Southeast Region. Despite its team win, Georgia State dropped one position to the No. 12 ranking in the South Region. Towson holds the No. 15 ranking in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
