RICHMOND, Va. (November 18, 2013) – Three CAA men’s soccer squads earned berths in the 48-team NCAA Men’s Soccer Championship on Monday as conference champion Drexel was joined by at-large selections Delaware and William & Mary.

It’s third year in a row and 10th time in conference history that three or more CAA men’s soccer teams have made the NCAA Tournament field.

Drexel (9-7-4), which is making its second straight NCAA Tournament appearance, travels to former CAA foe Old Dominion (10-5-1) in first-round action at 6 p.m. on Thursday. The winner will face 6th-seeded Georgetown at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Delaware (14-4-1) will host an NCAA Tournament game for the first time in school history as it entertains St. John’s (10-6-2) in a first round match at 7 p.m. on Thursday. The winner of that contest travels to 8th-seeded Virginia at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

William & Mary (11-5-2) will also renew an old CAA rivalry when it entertains George Mason (12-2-5) at 7 p.m. on Thursday in a first-round match. The winner of that match heads to 7th-seeded New Mexico for a 9 p.m. match on Sunday.
