Pairings Set For CAA Men's Soccer Championship

RICHMOND, Va. (November 6, 2013) – The pairings are set for the 2013 CAA Men’s Soccer Championship following one of the tightest and most competitive regular-season races in league history.

In quarterfinal action on Saturday, November 9, third-seeded William & Mary (9-4-2 overall, 4-2-1 in CAA) hosts #6 Hofstra (8-6-3 overall, 2-3-2 in CAA) at 7 p.m. and #4 Delaware (13-4 overall, 4-3 in CAA) entertains #5 Northeastern (6-8-3 overall, 3-3-1 in CAA) at 7:30 p.m.

The semifinals and finals will be held November 14 and 16 at the Vidas Athletic Complex on the campus of Drexel University in Philadelphia. In Thursday’s semifinals, top-seeded Drexel (8-7-3 overall, 4-1-2 in CAA) faces the Delaware/Northeastern winner and second-seeded UNCW (11-2-4, 6-1-3 in CAA) meets the W&M/Hofstra winner. The CAA championship game will be played on Saturday, November 16.

More information, including game times, will be announced on Thursday.

Video for both semifinal matches and the championship final of the CAA Men's Soccer Championship will be carried live for free in high definition on CAA.TV and CAA's iPad app. A free login will be required to view the games via CAA.TV on a computer or using the CAA's iPad app. The same free login link will be provided accordingly on the Men’s Soccer Championship Central Page.

Delaware/Northeastern winner at #1 Drexel – TBA

Championship – Saturday, November 16 at Drexel
