GSU'S LORENTZEN RECEIVES CAA WOMEN'S GOLFER OF THE WEEK HONORS - OCT. 5

RICHMOND, Va. (October 5, 2011) - Georgia State's Charlotte Lorentzen earned CAA Women's Golfer of the Week honors after a first place finish at the UNCG Starmount Fall Classic. 

The senior recorded her second career medalist honors after firing 75-69-74-218 (+5) at the par 71, 6265-yard Starmount Forest Golf Course.  Lorentzen finished with a three stroke margin of victory and her second round 2-under 69 was the best round of the tournament. It was also the best round of the day by three strokes.  She led the Panthers to a tie for fifth place among the teams as Maryland, East Tennessee State and host UNCG claimed the top three spots.
