RICHMOND, Va. (October 29, 2013) – A pair of upperclassmen, UNCW junior Hannah Stephenson and James Madison senior Kelsey Holmgaard have been named CAA Co-Swimmers of the week, while Towson junior Lyndsey Dickson was tabbed Diver of the Week.

Stephenson picks up weekly honors for the second time this season. She finished first in both backstroke events versus ACC foe Duke last weekend, completing the 100 backstroke in 56.61 and the 200 backstroke in a season-high time of 2:02.54.

Holmgaard earned her first career weekly honor after helping the Dukes earn a first-place finish at the West Virginia Invitational. The Roanoke, Va., native won 200- and 400-yard individual medley events with times of 2:06.93 and 4:33.94, respectively. Holmgaard also swam in four relays, helping JMU win the 200 freestyle, the 400 freestyle and 400 medleys.

Dickson, who also picked up the award on Oct. 15, finished second in both the one- and three-meter board this past weekend, but her score of 297.83 on the three-meter was good enough to qualify for the NCAA Zone Regionals.
