On November 4, 2006, several Drexel student-athletes traveled to Villanova to help out with the Special Olympics. Student-athletes’ tasks ranged from registration to helping with events and escorting participants. Participants took part in events including bocce, long distance running, power lifting, roller skating/roller hockey, soccer, and volleyball. Drexel’s student-athletes had a great time helping out with the wonderful day long event.
