NORFOLK, Va. -- For the second year in a row, the ODU women's soccer team will host a Mother-Daughter charity clinic to benefit breast cancer research. This Saturday, April 4, come out and join Old Dominion from the 10:00 am-12:00 pm at the ODU Soccer Stadium for just $25. All proceeds will be donated to the Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource and Image Center in Columbia, Maryland, as part of the 13th Annual Kicks Against Breast Cancer charity tournament.
The clinic is open to players of all ages and their mothers. All participants will partake in skill instruction along with a mother-daughter game. The price per family is $25.00. All children, boys or girls, are invited to participate in the charity event.
Registration will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday, April 4, at the ODU Soccer Stadium. More information is available in the flyer attached at the bottom of this release, or by calling the Old Dominion University Athletic Camp Office at (757) 683-5447.
