WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Continuing its long-standing presence in the local community, the William and Mary Tribe baseball team joined forces with the ARC of Williamsburg to host a pair of Fitness nights on November 8 and November 15. The Tribe players led the ARC participants in a program that included proper stretching techniques, baseball-related drills, and a mixture of friendly competitions.

"We truly enjoy the opportunity to share our passion of exercise and competition with these wonderful people," Tribe head coach Frank Leoni remarked. "Their determination and positive attitude are truly motivational. Our team benefits immensely from these experiences."
