BOSTON (Jan. 6, 2011) - The Northeastern women's basketball team visited the Franciscan Hospital for Children in Brighton, Mass. on Sunday, Dec. 28. Members of the team spent time with the patients engaging in activities such as playing basketball, polishing nails and playing cards.

Franciscan Hospital for Children is dedicated to providing compassionate care and education to children with special health care needs and to help them reach their full potential.

The Huskies return to action on Thursday, Jan. 6 when they host CAA foe Delaware at Solomon Court. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. Northeastern stands at 5-7 on the season (0-1 CAA).
