In conjunction with Circle K, a student led group on the GSU campus, 50 children from the Boys & Girls Club joined 20-25 student athletes to enjoy a field day.
Among the student-athletes that volunteered a Saturday to participate with the Boys & Girls Club kids were members of the Panther Volleyball, Women's Basketball, Women's Soccer and Football teams.
The events included balloon tosses, relay races, a massive game of tag and challenge tug of war.
This was a great opportunity for everyone to make new friends, be role models and enjoy what was a beautiful and fun day! The photo album attests to the busy day.

GSU athletics set a goal to reach 5,000 total volunteer hours of community service projects, with each student-athlete asked to give back 15 hours to the metro area in which they live and study.
