Kell recorded eight points in Massachusetts’ 14-10 win over Hartford Saturday, marking the most points by a UMass player since Sean Morris’ total of eight in 2006. The junior scored two points and dished out a career-best six assists. All six of Kell’s assists came in the second half when the Minutemen outscored Hartford 9-3.

Serling made his presence felt on the Hofstra roster notching three goals and five assists in his first week as a member of the Pride. The transfer from Lafayette, tallied an assist in Hofstra’s 6-3 victory over Colgate Tuesday then poured in three goals and four assists in the weekend win at Sacred Heart, 10-6.
CAA MEN’S LACROSSE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Austin Kaut, Penn State
Fr., GK, Morton, Pa./Springfield-Delco
Kaut, in his first collegiate game and head coach Jeff Tambroni’s first contest at Penn State, tallied 10 saves against 17 shots in the Nittany Lions’ 9-7 win over Binghamton. The frosh now ranks fourth in the league with a save percentage of .588.
