TOWSON, Md. - Prior to the start of their game against Rhode Island on Dec. 4, the Tiger women's basketball team took part in a clinic with the Towson Rec Council.

There were 60-70 girls who took part in the hour clinic run by the coaching staff and Tiger players. The Rec Council players ran through drills and received instruction on shooting to defense and everything in between. The Tigers also offered encouragement to the players.

After the clinic, the Towson Rec Councils members were invited to watch the game between the Tigers and Rhode Island. Two of the Rec Council teams played a game during halftime of the Tigers' action.
