McCormack earned his first weekly honor of the year after posting consecutive wins over two Top-15 squads this past week.  The sophomore stopped a career-high 17 shots in an 11-10 win over No. 15 Brown Tuesday.  The Long Beach, N.Y., native then turned away 12 shots in the Minutemen’s 11-9 win over No. 6 Hofstra Saturday to open the CAA league schedule for both squads.

Billy Gribbin, Penn State

Gribbin earned the Nittany Lions’ first weekly honor of the year, after helping Penn State to its first win of the season.  The frosh logged three goals and an assist in his team’s 13-11 win over St. John’s Saturday.  On the year Gribbin has scored 15 goals, second-most on the squad, and ranks among the league’s Top-10 by averaging 2.86 points per game.
