NEWARK, Del. - The University of Delaware women’s lacrosse head coach Kim Ciarrocca and her staff will host its annual Fall Fest 5 vs. 5 Lacrosse Clinic on Sunday, Oct. 25 at Rullo Stadium.
The event, geared for athletes of middle school and high school ages, begins with registration at 8:30 a.m. followed by an instructional clinic and competitive games featuring five players to a side.
Interested athletes should form teams and pre-register by October 19 by accessing the registration form on the UD athletics website at: www.bluehens.com/sportsinfo/womens_lacrosse/20095v5Brochure.pdf. There will be no walk-up registration.
The fee is $50 per player, which includes the clinic and competition. Teams should wear matching t-shirts and individuals should bring goggles (mandatory), turf and grass shoes, lacrosse stick, goalkeeping equipment, mouth guard, rain gear, and a water bottle. Teams must have a minimum of five players, including a goalkeeper, with a maximum of eight players per team. Referees will be at each game.
