WILMINGTON, N.C. - Several hundred student-athletes, coaches and athletic department staffers were among the 1,600 volunteers who helped first-year students move into their new surroundings early Saturday as part of the UNCWelcome 2009 Move-In celebration on campus.

Representatives from all of the teams assisted the new students in one of UNCW's longstandingtraditions. In addition to physically helping individuals move into their rooms, the student-athletes, coaches and staff took time to answer questions and assist in other ways.
