CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Emily Banes • Towson
Sr., Forward, Bethpage, N.Y./Bethpage

Banes scored two goals, including a game-winner, as Towson won back-to-back road games for the first time since 1999. The senior forward tallied the eventual game-winning goal in the 60th minute as the Tigers edged St. Francis (Pa.) 2-1 on Friday and contributed Towson’s second goal in a 3-0 triumph at LIU Brooklyn on Sunday. Banes leads the CAA and is fourth nationally in goals (10) and fifth in points (23).

CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Shannon Kearney • Delaware
Sr., Forward, New Hyde Park, N.Y./New Hyde Park

Kearney scored a pair of goals, including a game-winner, in Delaware’s 2-0 week. The senior forward contributed the game-winning goal in the 64th minute as the Blue Hens topped LIU Brooklyn 2-0 on Friday and gave Delaware a 1-0 lead in the 52nd minute of its 2-1 road victory at Temple on Sunday. Kearney leads UD with four goals and nine points this season.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK:
Lissa Rahkola • UNCW
Fr., Goalkeeper, Oulu, Finland/Kastelli

Rahkola made five saves and didn’t allow a goal in 166:28 of action last week as UNCW posted victories over Coastal Carolina (1-0) and Francis Marion (3-1). The freshman stopped four shots to post her first career shutout against Coastal and turned away one shot in the first 77 minutes against Francis Marion.
