Summer Tours
The Northeastern and Old Dominion men's basketball teams are
both in the midst of foreign tours that are allowing them to get an early start
on the 2012-13 season and experience different parts of the world.
Northeastern is on an eight-day, five-city trip to Canada.
The Huskies started their trip with an 81-61 win over Bishop's University in
Sherbrooke, British Columbia. In Game 2, NU rallied to defeat Universite'
Laval, 82-77 in Quebec City. The Huskies improved to 3-0 by topping McGill,
80-66, in Montreal. Northeastern closes
its tour on Monday with a 7 p.m. contest against the University of Ottawa.
