TOWSON HOLDS CAA BLOOD CHALLENGE
Towson, Md. (Oct. 25, 2010) - On October 25 Towson student-athletes joined with the Red
Cross to hold the annual CAA Blood Drive Challenge in the University Union. The
student-athletes from Towson's teams helped with pre-registration, promoting
the event, helping with check-in and even donating blood. This is the ninth
consecutive year for the Blood Drive Challenge to be held.
The event at Towson had 353 donors present and the Red Cross
was able to collect 244 useable units of blood.
