Tickets On Sale For 2013 CAA Men's & Women's Basketball Championships

RICHMOND, Va. (November 30, 2012) - Basketball fans can get a jump on their holiday shopping as tickets for the 2013 CAA Men's and Women's Basketball Championships go on sale today, Friday, November 30.

The CAA Men's Basketball Championship will be held March 9-11, 2013 at the Richmond Coliseum in Richmond, Va. For the first time, club seats will be available to the general public and the conference is also selling lower level tickets in advance for the first time in nearly a decade.

Club seat ticket books are $95 and provide a prime lower level seat between the free throw lines for all six games. They also offer adjacent access to the Richmond Coliseum Club.

Tournament ticket books, which provide a reserved seat in the lower level to all six games (three sessions), can be purchased for just $50. Buying a ticket book results in a 40% savings on individual session prices.

Fans can also purchase a Full Court Frenzy ticket package, which provides a reserved seat in the first few rows of the upper level for the CAA semifinals and championship game for only $40 ($56 value). Individual session tickets are also on sale for $28.  

Men's championship tickets can be ordered online (www.ticketmaster.com), by calling TicketMaster at 800-745-3000, or by visiting the Richmond Coliseum box office. Tickets can also be purchased through the box office of each CAA institution.

The CAA Women's Basketball Championship, which will be held March 14-17, 2013, returns to The Show Place Arena in Upper Marlboro, Md. for the third consecutive year. Tournament ticket books can be purchased for only $38 which provides general admission seats for all eight games (four sessions).

Single session adult tickets are available for $15, and single session tickets for youth (ages 5-17) and senior citizens (ages 62+) are on sale for $7.

Women's championship tickets can be ordered online (www.ticketmaster.com), by calling TicketMaster at 301-952-7900 or by visiting The Show Place Arena box office. Tickets can also be purchased through the box office of each CAA institution.
